Hi, I got the same issue.
I tried versions ImageMagick-7.0.8-7-Q16-x64-dll.exe and ImageMagick-7.0.8-7-Q16-x64-static.exe. My machine is Windows 10. Is this ImageMagick's or Windows' fault?
