Incorrect version information (php magick wand)

Incorrect version information (php magick wand)

Since some time the version information hasn't been very helpful, while I have dl and compiled all versions since 1.0.0 they all report as being version 0.1.9, which isn't a very big deal, but otoh incorrect version information isn't very helpful.
