EXC_BAD_ACCESS in AcquirePixelCacheNexus

We just built a static version of ImageMagick 6.7.9-1 under Mountain Lion and linked it to a simple Magick++ program to read / write an image file. It ran without complaint. We're clueless why it fails for you.

If i link it to an application it works... it is when i link it to a dll
